Hi Amy,
One of my
favorite aspects of our Walt Disney World Resort vacations is definitely enjoying all of the scrumptious bites and beverages. From unique quick-service options to incredible table-service choices, you'll find
cuisines to please any palate!
I think I know why you weren't able to find any reservation availability! The
dining reservation window opens 60 days in advance, not two months in advance, so it sounds like you simply needed to wait a couple more days for your window to open. Hopefully, you were able to log in early on July 27th and make reservations for the entire length of your stay, which is one of my favorite perks of staying in the magic with
Disney Resorts Collection! If you weren't able to find something, though, Hakuna Matata...no worries! I'd encourage you to keep trying! Guests' plans change all the time, so I'd recommend using the handy dandy
My Disney Experience mobile app to check several times a day for an opening if there's a specific restaurant you'd like to try during this visit. Of course, don't forget that the
walk-up list even makes it possible to find a last-minute opening! I'm sending pixie dust that you find the perfect places to dine during your stay!
Since you're staying at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, I simply
have to point out that several of my very favorite restaurants are conveniently located right there at your Resort hotel! First, I was so excited to hear that
Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood will be reopening in just a few days. If you love a good steak, I highly recommend the Filet of Beef. The flavors are amazing! That date jam? Mmm... Of course, for fantastic flavors and gorgeous views, I also recommend
Dahlia Lounge (no reservations required!) and
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago. There are so many fantastic options all within walking distance!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Amy, and please come see us any time you have a Disney-planning question! I hope you have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation this
fall!
Missy
