Arriving to Disney in less than two weeks, I have a breakfast reservation at Chef Mickey's on the day I am visiting the Magic Kingdom. I would like to move it up, but want to make sure what time the buses will start running. I am staying at Pop!

    Hi there, Brandon!

Nothing gets my family into a magical mood quite like a breakfast reservation at Chef Mickey's followed by a fun-filled day at the Magic Kingdom.

Brandon, as I am sure you know, the easiest way to get to Chef Mickey's from Disney's Pop Century Resort is to take the bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom. From there you can take the short 10-minute walking path or hop aboard the monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Resort busses will generally start running about 45 minutes before the theme park opens. If you would like to make an earlier reservation, you can always take a taxi or rideshare service to Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Brandon, just so you know, while Chef Mickey's is currently open, Mickey Mouse and his pals are not currently available to greet guests. In addition, while the meal is still all you care to enjoy, it will be served family-style. If you are interested in a character breakfast, I recommend Breakfast à la Art at Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Riviera Resort, just a quick Disney Skyliner ride away from your resort.

I just know that you will have a magical vacation, Brandon. Please come back here if we can help answer any other questions about your upcoming trip.

    See you real soon!
