I will be arriving in disney on June 20, 2009 and staying st the All star movies resort. I have been reading awful reviews about ths motel. I am at wits end because this is my first trip for me and my grandkids. I don't want to be unhappy when I arrive

You know if the Taj Mahal were a hotel, someone would write about how much they were disappointed with their stay.

There is no doubt that the All Star resorts are not Deluxe-grade hotels. They don't have water slides, table service restaurants, or monorails running through them. They are what they are. Affordable accommodations located at the premiere vacation destination in North America.

Sure, when I stayed at an All Star I would have loved a flat screen TV, a view of the Cinderella Castle, and all the other trappings of a Deluxe resort. Instead I got something else. A perfectly clean room in the heart of Walt Disney World for a fraction of the cost. The bus service was fine. The pool was great. The food court was better than expected.

Don't let the negative reviews set you up for disappointment. Plan your days with the realities of these resorts in mind and you will, like others before you, enjoy your stay and want to come back for more!

Have a magical vacation (I know that you will!)!
