Hi, We are arriving on December 27th and Staying at Pop Century for 13 nights. There are 8 people in our family and are staying in two rooms. What are the chances of getting joining rooms at such a busy time of the year? Thanks for all your help so far.

Hi, Shawn! Wow! I wish I was headed to Disney to stay for 13 nights!  I think the chances are pretty good, but there are some ways to improve your chances.  If your request is not already noted on your reservation, I would call and do that TODAY.  Next, I would also call or fax in my request to the Resort seven to ten days in advance of my arrival.  This is when they are doing room assignments.  There are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. Since you are requesting something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  One last thing, remember that adjoining rooms are simply side-by-side.  If you want the internal door between the rooms, you must ask for connecting rooms.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
