    We will be arriving in 5 days and are staying at the Polynesian. Everytime that I have logged on to try the online check-in, it says that it is unavailable. Is this option not available for the Poly? Thanks so much. I really LOVE this panel.

    I have not heard of this being a regular problem, though with a brand new system like this one I would not be surprised.

    The online check-in is most certainly available for the Polynesian, so that is not the problem here.

    What I would recommend you do is try one more time. If the problem persists, contact the website support for help. That information should be listed on the page that has the "unavailable" information. If it does not have contact information, you can call 407-828-7128.

    And don't worry. Someone doing the online check-in 10 days before arrival doesn't get a better advantage than someone doing it 5 days out. This is just all about speeding up your check in process when you arrive so that you can get to the fun faster!
