    We are arriving in a couple of weeks and staying at Caribbean Beach. We are wanting to put items in the room as a surprise for the kids. Are cast members able to do this so they are in the room when we return from parks. Thanks

    Thanks for stopping by with another question. While I know Cast Members go beyond to help Guests' stays magical, I would suggest calling the Front Desk at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort directly. You can reach a Cast Member at Caribbean Beach by calling (407) 934-3400. They will be able to advise you best on how to surprise your kids.
