    We'll be arriving for club level, but was wondering if I could contact the concierge before arrival to help with a few plans. Can you provide contact info for the club level concierge?

A Club-Level stay is a great way to sprinkle some extra pixie dust on what is sure to be a magical vacation. With exclusive access to Club-Level lounges that include complimentary refreshments throughout the day, you are sure to enjoy the next level of magic offered to Club-Level Guests.

    I am not sure if you are asking about a Club-Level stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel or Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in Disneyland Resort, so I will offer you information for both. If you have a Club-Level Resort stay booked at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you should receive a call from Disney Signature Services leading up to your visit. If you are inquiring about the Club-Level Concierge for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, please call (714) 635-2300 (option 5) to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you with your vacation planning.
