    We will be arriving at the Beach Club Resort at 9:30AM. Should I confirm my reservation online ahead of time or check-in when we get there? How will I know when our room is available? Will our magic bands work already or do they need to activate them?

    Hi Debbie,
    I would highly recommend using the Online Resort Check-In service! You can opt to have the system send you text messages for information about your room. I used it for my most recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation a few weeks ago-we also arrived very early in the morning (I think around the same time you anticipate arriving) and the system sent me a text message telling me my room was ready and gave me my room number ahead of my arrival. It was fantastic! 

    Your Magic Bands are designed to work immediately when you use the Online Resort Check-In service. There is no need to go to the lobby unless you have an issue getting into your room.
