Arriving at 1:47p on 9/23, ADR for Garden Grill at 4:35p. Staying at POR, will we have enough time to make it? And since we'll be there shortly b4 normal chk in...worth it to have luggage delivered? or take it ourselves?

Hey Jennifer!  That is going to be really cutting it close.  Let's say the plane arrives on time.  By the time you get through ME and to your resort, that can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half.  So that puts you at the resort between 3 and 3:30 and then you never know how long it may or may not take to check in.  I really think it will stress you out trying to make that 4:35 ADR.  If I were you I really would try and move that to a later time, maybe even after 6 PM, if possible.
You also have to throw in there waiting on the bus at POR and arriving at Epcot, yes I definitely think you should make that later.  Sorry to give you probably the answer you did not want to hear, but I would hate for you to rush and then miss your ADR.  Just give the dining reservations a call and see if that can be made any later.
Thanks so much for the great question and for coming to the Mom's Panel!
