Heigh-ho, Douglas!
It's off to Walt Disney World you go! It's almost time for your enchanting escape to
the Most Magical Place on Earth. With just a few days to go, I can imagine how excited you must be. Let's sort out your husband's ticket to ensure everything goes smoothly.
To make an old ticket valid for your upcoming trip, simply
call Walt Disney World Reservations before you leave or stop by any theme park ticketing window or Guest Relations upon arrival. If you plan to visit
Disney Springs before your first park day, the friendly Cast Members at the
Disney Ticket Center can help with ticket changes and upgrades. Since your husband is using a non-date-based ticket, he'll need a
theme park reservation, which you can make on the My Disney Experience website or with assistance from the ticketing Cast Member who handles the ticket upgrade.
In my experience, speaking with a Cast Member at a ticketing window at the start of our vacation is incredibly helpful. We often need to activate Florida Resident tickets, prioritize tickets in our My Disney Experience account, or make modifications. We prefer to handle this on our arrival afternoon, choosing a location based on our accommodations. If we're staying at a resort along the monorail loop, we visit the Transportation & Ticket Center. My favorite Guest Relations is indoors, just before the International Gateway entrance to
EPCOT; it's perfect for those staying at an EPCOT resort or a
Disney Skyliner resort. If we start our trip with dinner at Disney Springs (we adore
The BOATHOUSE® and
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'), we stop by the Disney Ticket Center.
I hope this helps you take care of your husband's ticket. Once his admission is linked to his My Disney Experience profile, you can make
Lightning Lane pass purchases for him. Best wishes for a memorable vacation next week, and feel free to reach out if you need any more assistance. You've got a friend in us!
