Arrive WDW 11/23 and have free basic dining plan. Can we exchange a table service for a counter service. We really wanted the quick service plan but decided to keep the basic plan just in case we want to dine in a restaurant. Is this allowed? Thanks

    Hi Barbara!

I bet you are getting excited about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!

You can absolutely use a Table Service Credit for a Quick Service meal. It just doesn't work the opposite way (you can't use a Quick Service credit for a Table Service meal.)

You are smart to keep the Disney Dining Plan with the Table Service credits, just in case you would like to enjoy a sit-down meal. The DDP offers flexibility in that you can exchange those credits and can always have a QS meal in place of a TS.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
