    Arrive Nov 9th, want to customize Magic Band colours before arrival.We live in Canada so they don't mail them to us and I can't seem to select colour under My Disney Experience. How do we pre select our colours so we have other options other than grey? Thx

    Hi Roxanne!

    Recently, when I was planning an upcoming trip, I had this same problem! For the first few days, I only saw the option for gray Magic Bands. BUT, a few days later the rest of the colors were available. I'm not sure what the glitch was, but hopefully it is the same for you! After all, customizing is half the fun!
