    When I arrive in FL I need to trade in my certificate for my annual pass but others in my party have tickets to pick up at the will call window; do we need to enter the park/wait in separate lines?

    Hi Beata!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  It's my pleasure to help answer your questions about your Walt Disney World Annual Pass purchase.   I am also an Annual Passholder and have loved every minute of it.  Not only will you get admission to Walt Disney World for a whole year, but also some lovely discounts on merchandise, tours, and even Disney Resort Hotel stays.  I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I have.

    You can redeem your Annual Pass certificate at any Walt Disney World ticket window at the four theme parks, or water parks or at any Guest Relations window at the Theme Parks or Disney Springs.  Disney Will Call tickets can be picked up at any ticket window as well, so you will not need to wait in separate lines.   Isn't that great?
