We arrive in the morning, but can't check in hotel until the afternoon. We wanted to go into park after arriving. Can we go ahead and get our tickets from the hotel? And where do we store our luggage?

    Hello Tonya,

I bet y'all are so excited that your vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth begins tomorrow. You are sure to make memories that will last a lifetime!

When you arrive at your Disneyland Resort Hotel, you may check in even if your room is not ready. Your luggage may be safely stored at the Bell Desk while you enjoy the parks. Once you return to your Disney hotel and your room is ready, simply call the Bell Desk to have your luggage delivered to your room. If you are celebrating anything special, be sure to tell the Cast Member upon check in. Disney Parks are all about celebrating everything from birthdays to a child's first steps to graduations to first visits - I mean everything!

You may purchase your Theme Park Tickets by stopping by any Theme Park Main Entrance Ticket Booth which is located in the area between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope this is helpful and that you have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah time. If you have any more questions please write us back on how we can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

Have fun showing your Disney side!
