    We will arrive at MCO at 3PM on 12/24/12. We are renting a car. Which park would you recommend that may not be at capacity to enjoy Christmas Eve at? If we are unable to get into a park, what activities would you recommend to celebrate Xmas eve?

    Hi Michelle! Christmas is such a magical time to spend at Disney World. The decorations and entertainment are amazing. Since you're arriving later in the day on Christmas Eve, I recommend asking at your resort when you check in which parks are not closed due to capacity. Your choice will likely be determined by their answer.

    If not going to a park, I would highly recommend heading to Downtown Disney. The decorations are beautiful, and there is often entertainment on the stage. You might also want to check out some of the decorations in the resorts. The Grand Floridian has fantastic decorations, including an enormous and incredible gingerbread house. And you can head to the beach and enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
