Arrive MCO @1:30 have dinner res @ Rose&Crown for 7:40 have always ridden Tower of Terror as my first ride at Disney. I'm being picked up by family and driven to off-site hotel to drop off luggage. Do you think I'll make it to ToT b4 dinner?

    Allison,

OK, so you arrive at 1:30, with a presumed family pick up of no later than 2. 30 minutes to the hotel puts you there at 2:30.

So you have 5 hours to get to the park, ride the attraction, then get to dinner. With about 30-45 minutes transit time from Hollywood Studios to the International Gateway of Epcot, you still have at least four hours. You should be able to do it, as long as lines at the park are not outrageously long, and you don't waste time at the resort.

I think you can do it, but you will want to not hang around anywhere along the way if you expect to pull it off!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
