    Arrive 1/24 where is good place to eat in downtown disney the nite we arrive w/ a 2 & 3 yo w/ food allegries to gluten, soy, eggs. almonds & grapes? Also will there be food we can eat at the Pop like pancakes, waffles etc & for lunch or dinner?

    Your trip is so close! One place you should try is Fresh A-Peel. Located by Legos in the old McDonald's location, you can find meals which are gluten free and vegetarian options. This includes cupcakes by BabyCakesNYC. This cupcake place is know for delicious treats which are gluten free.

    As for pancakes and waffles for lunch and dinner, they generally are not an option. Cereal may be available in the food court.

    I recommend you call Disney at 407-939-3463 and talk to a cast member about dining options. They can direct you to counter service restaurants who can meet you food needs. In addition, they can make a notation on your Advance Dining Reservations that you have allergy needs. There are menus online which you can review to see your dining options.

    You may be able to buy frozen waffles at the store at Pop Century or purchase them from a store prior to arriving at your resort.
