    Hi. We arrive in Florida on Sunday early morning. We are staying offsite. We have a 1:10 chef Mickey reservation. I know there will be some road closures due to the marathon. What’s the best way to get to our Chef Mickey reservation?

    Hi Meghan!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here!  I understand your concern that road closures for the Walt Disney World Marathon might have an impact on your ability to make it to your reservation.

    I am happy to tell you that you should have no trouble at all driving to your meal at Chef Mickey's at that time of day.  Road closures in the area of Disney's Contemporary Resort should expire by the time you will be headed to your meal.  I have included a link to transportation information for Marathon Weekend.  You can scroll down to Road Closures and click on the interactive map to see closure times for the affected areas.  Road closure information is also listed on the web page for Chef Mickey's.  When driving in, follow World Drive and look for signs directing you to the Magic Kingdom Resort area and Disney's Contemporary Resort.

    Complimentary self-parking is available at Disney Resort Hotels for Guests to enjoy their dining reservation for a period of up to 3 hours.
