When you arrive at the Deluxe resorts can you then upgrade to Club Level and pay for it?

Hi Marc! Club level at the Deluxe resorts at Walt Disney World is the ultimate luxury -- I love having the club lounge with continental breakfast, evening appetizers, and drinks available during my stay. You can certainly inquire about upgrading your reservation to a club-level room upon check-in at your resort. Whether you're able to do so will of course depend on availability. At one resort my family inquired about upgrading to a club-level room, and the resort indicated that the charge would be the difference between the rack rate of our current room and the rack rate of a club-level room. (Other resorts may do it differently, but that was my experience at one resort.)

If you're interested in staying club-level, I recommend that you change your reservation now, rather than waiting until check-in. By booking earlier, you'll have a better chance of securing a club-level room, and you'll also receive more bang for your buck since you'll be able to take advantage of the itinerary planning services offered to assist club-level guests in planning their Disney vacations.

Have a magical vacation! Come visit me again at the Moms Panel again if you have more questions! I'm happy to help!
