Hi moms! We arrive in 9 days. Staying at Poly. 2 rooms, 3 adults, 6 kids. Will be there 9 days. 3 meals a day booked. ? will characters sign pillow cases? We have way to many autograph books already. Looking for something different. Thanks

Hi, Lisa!  It sounds like an awesome trip!  I have some great ideas to collect character autographs without having to use another autograph book.

First, yes, they will sign pillow cases!  It will help a lot if you bring something for them to lean on as they sign - like a book or even a bottle of sunscreen.  You can also have them sign t-shirts, as long as the shirt is not being worn at the time.

Another option is to have them sign a photo mat - the kind that you put around a picture in a frame.  I have used this idea and made a photo collage of my daughters with the characters they got autographs with.

You could get them to sign quilt squares, if you're creative enough to put a quilt together (I am not!), or you can have them sign mouse ears.  Another idea we've used is to have them sign a backpack, which is such a great souvenir for kids.

I have a friend who had characters sign her son's stroller, and I know another mom who has the characters sign rain ponchos.  You could also bring along the paperback storybooks that you can find with just about any character, and have those characters sign their story.  It's a great keepsake!

Have an absolutely wonderful time, and good luck collecting your favorite character autographs!
