    hi! arrive in 14 days! Have done online check in. If I have additional room requests, other than what I could choose with online check in, at what point should I call the resort directly? Staying at WL. thanks!

    Hi Christine!

    Don't wait! Call Walt Disney World at 407-939-5277 (or contact your Travel Agent) to add your room requests now. Typically rooms are assigned about a week before guests arrive, although last minute changes may occur, so the sooner they know your request the better! Of course, requests are never guaranteed, but Disney will do their best!

    You're in for a treat too! The Wilderness Lodge is beautiful! Our family has a hard time staying at any other resort at Walt Disney World because we love it so much! Be sure to ask for a Hidden Mickey Hunt at the front desk!
