I arrive and check in 10 Feb 2024. Do my 60 day dining options open up for me to reserve at 11am uk time on the 12th December or the 13th? Can I also check as I’m staying in a resort hotel (Art of Animation ) that I don’t need any party reservations?

    Genna,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

There is nothing I like more than sharing some of the wisdom of my fellow planDisney panelists. In this case, it comes straight from UK resident Jane D., who is as delightful as she is wise!

As she explains, since the advance dining reservation time for most Disney restaurants in the U.S. is at around 5:45 am, Orlando time, for you it would be at about 10:45 am. So no having to wake up early for you! Also, yes, your date to do this would be on December 12, 2023.

As to your second question, if I read it correctly, no, you should not need any theme park reservations. Those will end for standard park ticket guests in early January 2024.

    BONUS TIP
I love Disney's Art of Animation Resort! Since your home in the magic is a Disney Resort hotel, when you make those reservations for your February trip on the 12th, you can make more dining reservations for the next 10 days of your trip at the same time. So it can be like you are making reservations for some meals as far out as 70 days ahead of time!

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions, especially if I did not read part of your question correctly. Also, you can ask one of our UK-based panelists, like Louise A., who can share her first-hand experiences.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
