We arrive on August 1st at 10:00 am and have only 4 days to enjoy WDW. Which theme park would you suggest that we visit on our first day (manageable from about noon until diner time). We have the "Magic Your Way" option.

Hey Jim!  At my house the tradition is we start each and every WDW vacation at the MK!  It just sets the tone for an incredible stay whether you are there 4 or 14 days!  It gets everyone excited about the next few days and to me it's just what Disney is all about.  If you are only going from noon to dinner, make sure and take advantage of FPs and if you are not a huge fan of parades, try jumping on some of the more popular attractions during the afternoon parade.  The lines are typically shorter during the parade.
Thanks for the great question and I hope you have a fantastic WDW vacation in August.
