Hello John! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like just shortly after the Christmas holiday you and your family will be up, up, and on your way to
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Hopefully, you'll still get a glimpse of the incredible holiday decorations around the Resort before they get taken down and packed away until next year!
Having an extra-special first-night dinner at
Cinderella's Royal Table sounds like a feast fit for a king, John! I have to say, in all of my many, many, MANY visits to Walt Disney World Resort, I've never been lucky enough to step foot inside of
Cinderella Castle or dine at her royal table. I hope you and your party are able to experience this magical meal.
Advance Dining Reservations can be made starting 60 days prior to your arrival date at Walt Disney World Resort. With your arrival being on January 2, 2023, you should be able to make your reservations beginning at 6 a.m. EST on Thursday, November 3. According to my fellow panelist,
Jane, who hails from the UK, you'll want to log on to start making reservations at 11 a.m. when taking the five-hour time difference into account.
Remember that if you and your family are staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel you're able to book up to 10 days of reservations all at one time! Get your planning pencil ready and mark your calendar because you're going to have a busy morning! Don't fret if you aren't able to get every reservation you're looking for, as some dining locations, such as Cinderella's Royal Table are very popular. I would suggest continuing to check for openings as your reservation date comes closer. Many times, Guests overbook themselves and cancel the day before or even the day of their reservation, opening them up for YOU!
Come back and see us again if you have any other planning questions!
