    How do I arrange for my granddaughter to receive a pre-cruise phone call from a Disney character at her home?

    Ahoy Alice!
    Receiving a magical greeting from either Captain Mickey or his pal Goofy is the perfect way to begin your wondrous experience with Disney Cruise Line!  You can set up the personalized call for your granddaughter in the Planning Center after logging in to your cruise reservation on DisneyCruise.com.  Once you are logged in and on the Planning Center page, click on "My Reservations" on the left hand side of the page.  On the bottom of this page, you will see a picture of Mickey with a place to click to request your call. Once you have filled out the online request, you will receive an email to confirm the call information.  I always have Captain Mickey call my kids, and it is just the perfect sprinkling of pixie dust prior to the big day!
