Minnie and Mickey Celebrate Disney 100; Epcot

    If we have armed salute military tickets from base and they are already linked to MDE and we have pictures of them, is it a problem when activating them at Disney springs if we forgot the hard copy’s?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm excited to see that you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth tomorrow! Your group is in for a festive fall visit, Chris. Autumn is a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! I'd be happy to help you understand how to access your theme park admission on your upcoming trip.

    First and foremost, Chris, I'd like to thank you for your military service. The Walt Disney World Resort offers several great offers and benefits for U.S. military personnel, including specially priced theme park tickets! It's great to hear that you've already secured Disney Military Salute Tickets from base for your upcoming trip. Chris, I checked in with a helpful Cast Member who informed me that, as long as your theme park tickets are appropriately linked to your account in My Disney Experience and the Eligible Service Member (or spouse) is present at the time of activation, you shouldn't need the paper copies of your tickets. You should be able to activate your tickets and receive media cards for each member of your party at a theme park ticket booth, Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs once you arrive onsite. In the meantime, I recommend hanging on to the photos of your tickets, just in case you need to reference them during activation.

    Your visit coincides with the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and the Disney100 Celebration at EPCOT! During this milestone moment in Disney history, Guests can enjoy limited-time festival offerings like special Disney100-themed displays on Spaceship Earth every evening, greetings with Disney Characters in their Disney100 Celebration outfits, and unique Global Marketplace menu items!
