Welcome to planDisney, Nicole!
We’re so glad you stopped by with your question for us.
I like the way you think, Nicole! As a Texan myself, I would love to be prepared once reservations for out-of-state Guests open up!
Although Guests residing outside of The Golden State are eligible to purchase
Theme Park tickets, currently, Guests only with a California address are able to make
Theme Park reservations which are required, along with tickets to enter the theme parks.
If you still would like to purchase your tickets, under the ticket guidelines, you will find that One-day tickets purchased this year are valid now through December 30, 2022, and multi-day tickets purchased this year must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12, 2023. If your tickets do end up expiring, the price paid for the ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.
I would encourage you to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Disneyland Resort website for the latest updates. This way, you will be among the first to know when reservations do open up for out-of-state Guests!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic when the time is right, Nicole!
