    Is Ariel's Grotto open 26-29 Sep 10? I can't seem to find where to make reservations; only a reference to it being refurbished! Help...it's the only thing my granddaughter wants to do!

    Ariel's Grotto is, essentially, gone. It has been walled off during the massive expansion of the Fantasyland area. It is unlikely that it will be there after it is all over, but you will find that a far more expansive Ariel-themed area will be in the new plans.

    Unfortunately, however, during your visit in September you will not find the grotto. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but better to know now and plan ahead than arrive and be disappointed.

    Some other great Ariel-themed things to do with your granddaughter include;

    • The Voyage of the Little Mermaid show at Hollywood Studios
    • Restaurant Akershus (where she often is one of the princesses on hand)
