Stacey,
Glad to help!
Here is what I would do, day by day;
- July 10 - Arrival day
- July 11 - Magic Kingdom
- July 12 - Epcot
- July 13 - Animal Kingdom
- July 14 - Hollywood Studios
- July 15 - Magic Kingdom
- July 16 - Park of Choice
- July 17 - Magic Kingdom
For your arrival day, since you are arriving in the afternoon, I would worry less about hitting a park, and just enjoy exploring your resort and attending a fun dinner that can kick off your vacation in a fun style.
As for meals, I have suggested a schedule that spreads them out, both for the character viewing impact and the meals too. Let me know if you need some added suggestions. Just tell me where you will be, and any cuisine likes/dislikes too.
For the 16th, you can visit whatever park you think you will need more time to visit, or if you don't have time on the 17th for a park before leaving, move the Magic Kingdom up a day.
I am glad to answer any follow-up questions!
Have a magical vacation!
