Well hello, Emma. Thanks for reaching out to us again at planDisney!
This is a great question! If you have an advanced dining reservation during
Early Theme Park Entry but are not staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you will be allowed into the park for your reservation, you just won't be able to ride any attractions before the start of regular park hours. Usually, there will be a sign for people who have
advanced dining reservations or an experience from the
Enchanting Extras Collection.
Sometimes, some parks will allow
all Guests into the park for Early Theme Park Entry, but Guests who are not staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel are held in a particular area until the regular park opening rolls around. Guests who
are staying on-site will scan their ticket media to get access to the rest of the park and the attractions. This is typically what happens at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
At
Magic Kingdom Park, everyone is usually let in and can explore Main Street, U.S.A., but only on-site Guests will be able to scan their ticket media and get access to Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. You'll just want to look for signs and ask a friendly Cast Member if you don't know where to go!
In short, as long as you have a valid
theme park ticket, an advanced dining reservation, and arrive with enough time to go through security and scan into the park, you should have no problem getting to your reservation!
Emma, enjoy your trip.
Reach out again if you have any other questions!
Just keep swimming,
Matt
