Victoria,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
My daughter has a similar fascination, but for her it is with Okapi. I genuinely had never even heard the name before, and now it is the #1 animal viewing for us at any zoo!
There has been a sloth enclosure in the past in the
Oasis Exhibits area of
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, though I cannot recall seeing them personally. Unfortunately, they no longer appear to be residents at Walt Disney World, so you may not get to see one there. When you visit though, make sure you still stop here, as the anteater is worth a visit.
These often-overlooked animal viewing areas in the Oasis are one of my favorite places in the whole park. They are just as you enter the park, and most guests understandably hurry past these amazing sights as they are rushing to their first attraction of the day. The animal enclosures are so well done that you truly feel as if you are viewing the animals in nature.
BONUS TIP
Regardless of what you do or do not see in the Oasis, be sure to visit all the animal viewing areas, including Discovery Island Trails, the Maharajah Jungle Trek, and especially the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail.
