Your full question was cut off, but I think I know what you were getting at. You're asking if you need a Park Hopper ticket to have a meal in one park (Epcot) and then spend the rest of your time that day touring a different park (Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom).

The answer to this is yes. Any time you enter a theme park you need to use a ticket, even if you are just going into the park for a meal or a tour. If you want to enter two parks in one day, for any reason, then you need to have a Park Hopper ticket.

Good luck with your planning and enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World.
