On April 6 (spring break), what is fastest way to get from Art of Animation to hollywood Studios? Do you think it would be driving, taxi to Swan and Dolphin, or Monorail?

Hiya, Kelly. Thanks for stopping by planDisney today!

I’m so excited for you to experience all that Disney’s Art of Animation Resort has to offer on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I have fond memories of my family’s stay there when we took my 5-year old niece on her very first trip. You will love the nod to Disney Animation found in the decor throughout the Resort, as well as the larger-than-life Disney characters on the grounds. Be sure to meander around to each section of rooms to snap some photos with the character statues and check out the recreational activities, like Movies Under the Stars, you’ll have access to during your stay on the board in the lobby. If you don’t see the board with the week’s activities, just ask a Front Desk Cast Member for more information.

While the decor and recreational activities are definitely something to look forward to, the best aspect of staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is the on-site access to the Disney Skyliner, a method of complimentary transportation that sails you through the sky on a gondola system. The Disney Skyliner will take you from your Resort to both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT in a jiffy, and will likely be the fastest method of transportation to get to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In my experience, this route will take about 15 minutes.

I hope this information helps, Kelly. If you think of any other questions, don’t hesitate to stop back by.

    See ya real soon,
