    April 08- I'm not stayin on WDW ground but i got the park hopper option on my tickets. Can i still use the monorail wit my park entrance ticket to get to another park? I'm traveling wit an 1yrolf and would hate to drive to the other park and than come back

    Day guests and resort guests can all use Disney's transportation system. 

    I think Walt would also have hated for you to have to drive around with a 1-year-old.  That's probably one of the reasons why he dreamed up the Monorail, and all of the rest of the transportation to get you around efficiently (OK, maybe he didn't think up the bus system, but I'm sure he would approve).
