You're right that guests under 3 can attend this event for free, so I did a test run to book it. I didn't see a way to add a 0-2 year old, so I called a friendly Cast Member for help.
She said the best way to book the dessert party when you have guests under 3 is to call the
Tours and Recreation line. They can book the experience for you or modify an existing reservation. Since this is a popular event, I recommend calling them as soon as you can. She reiterated that every guest must be included in the reservation for safety, so I don't want your kiddo to miss out on the fun.
I recently enjoyed one of the dessert parties at
Magic Kingdom Park with some pals. The Country Bear Cheesecake was a delicious treat! I think you're going to have a splendid time.
