Approximately how long is the Hoop Dee Doo dinner and show? We have AR for an 8:30 show. Could we catch the Electrical Water Pageant from Ft. Wilderness at 9:45 w/o leaving the show early? What transportation is available back to AoA that late? Thanks!

    Hello Melanie

Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue is one of Walt Disney World's longest running dinner shows and ever since its debut in June 1974 still remain one of the most popular amongst Guests.

This show is approximately two hours long and will keep you and your family entertained from beginning to end with its vaudeville-like dancers, singers and musicians. Not to mention, you will leave pleasantly full with some good-old down home cooking. It seems bitter sweet but I do not think you will be able to make the Electrical Water Pageant this evening.

As for your return trip back to Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you and your family can head down to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground boat launch and take a cruise to Magic Kingdom and from there board a bus to return to your home resort. Or board one of the Walt Disney World theme park buses from Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and once you arrive to the theme park transfer to your home resort bus.

Enjoy your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World and continue to visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel for any further pixie dusted assistance.
