Are you counting down the minutes!? As you prepare for your perfect Disney day, I'm here to help you maximize the magic during your visit.

    Gregory, I'm glad to hear you were able to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) without issue. As you know, DAS provides accommodations for those Guests who may not be able to tolerate extended wait times in conventional queue settings, and the service is currently undergoing some changes. At the time of writing, Guests may still pre-register for the service and make up to two DAS Advance return time selections before their visits, through May 19, 2024. I understand you're having difficulty pre-selecting attractions via DAS Advance, Gregory. It's important to note that, since your visit is only days away, availability may be very limited at this time. However, I'm happy to inform you that you'll still be able to make same-day DAS return time selections on the day of your visit using the My Disney Experience mobile app!

    Another important change to note is that, at the time of writing and for visits through May 19, 2024, Guests' DAS registrations will be valid for 30 days, Gregory. If you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks again after that period, you'll need to re-register in order to access the service again. If you have any questions about using DAS or securing return time selections while you're in the theme park, you can stop by any Guest Relations location for assistance. Additionally, Guest Experience Team Cast Members (usually located near blue umbrellas) may also be able to assist you with any questions you may have about using the My Disney Experience mobile app!
