Melissa from NJ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If approved approved for DAS how long is it good for?

Hiya, Melissa! I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney!

Walt Disney World is deeply committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment where all Guests can experience the magic comfortably and joyfully. One of the ways this commitment is brought to life is through the Disability Access Service (DAS) program. This service is designed to support Guests who, due to a developmental disability such as autism or similar conditions, may find it challenging to wait in a traditional standby queue for extended periods of time. DAS helps to ensure that every Guest has the opportunity to enjoy attractions and experiences in a way that best suits their individual needs because, at Disney, the magic is for everyone!

Following your virtual chat with a Cast Member, if it is determined that DAS is the right fit for your needs, the service will be valid for the duration of your theme park ticket or up to one year – whichever comes first. Once the eligibility period ends, Guests will need to complete the registration process again to continue using the service.

Before I wrap up, I'd love to leave you with one more helpful tip to make your visit even smoother. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app to your mobile device. This magical tool is truly a must-have for navigating your Walt Disney World adventure...it puts everything you need right at your fingertips! Not only can you manage your plans, check wait times, and place mobile food orders, but it also gives you access to important information about Accessibility & Health Services available throughout the parks.

Melissa, I hope this information helps! Please visit us again should any other questions come up throughout your planning!

    Magical Wishes,

    Kami
