    Welcome Debra,

We are so happy that you have joined us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your question has me drifting away to a summertime visit to the central Florida beaches, and it is a welcome departure from the clouds in the desert today! So thank you for that.

Disney's Vero Beach Resort has an option for all of your dining needs, from Signature Dining to a lounge atmosphere. if you are hoping for an intimate, seaside escape for your anniversary, I would recommend a visit to Sonyas, a signature dining location named one of the "500 Best Places to Dine" in Florida. For your reservation, call 407-WDW-Dine or 407-939-3463.

For other dining experiences, you will also find a more casual table service restaurant called Shutters, a quick service called Bleachers Bar & Grill, and The Green Cabin Room Lounge.

Of course, as a Disney Vacation Club Resort, Guests at Disney's Very Beach Resort can pre-order groceries which will be waiting for you in your Villa when you arrive. To place your oder, locate the form under the Plan Vacation Tabs on the Disney Vacation Club Member website. The form is in the Pre-Arrival Checklist section. Just be sure the fax or email your order at least three days before your check-in.

There are so many ways to enjoy yourself at this beautiful beach resort! Check out nesting sea turtles, play a round of miniature golf, take on another team in a 2 on 2 game of basketball, learn to surf, roast marshmallows at the nightly campfire, and so much more! I know you are going to have a zippidy-doo-dah stay!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
