Appreciate your help again, Jodie! Based on your experience, which are the best 3 months to visit water park, in terms of good weather/less crowd...etc? Heard good things about water play area at AKL too- do you prefer JamboHouse or KidaniiVillage? ThankU

Hi there Jessica!  It's always great to hEAR from you!  Based on my experience and keeping in mind that I have never visited the water parks in the late fall and winter, I have found April, May and September to be great months to visit in terms of good weather and minimal crowds. We have also visited in early June and found the water parks to be quite manageable as far as crowds levels go. In my experience, I have found July and August to be much more crowded and the temperatures much warmer. Choosing between Disney's Animal Kingdom Jambo House and Kidani Village is a difficult choice. I have stayed at Jambo House on several vacations, but I have never personally stayed in Kidani Village. We are DVC Members and actually have Kidani Village on our list of places to stay in the future. I have visited Kidani Village in the past to see Samawati Springs Pool and Uwanja Camp.  We often visit other Disney Resorts to decide if we would like to vacation there in the future. I did love the pool area at Kidani Village and definitely think your "little ones" would love playing in the water playground. I feel like the main advantage Jambo House has over Kidani VIllage is the addition of more dining locations including The Mara, a quick-service location. If you do not have a car on your vacation and plan to dine at Jambo House primarily, then the walk from Kidani Village to Jambo House may be a bit much with "little ones." I hope this information helps in making your decision. Please let me know if you have any other questions....I love helping you plan a Magical Walt Disney World Vacation!
