I have, what appears to be a an unused ticket in my Disney app. I am wondering if it is in fact a ticket that is valid. It says “one day general admission or mini golf”, expired 12/31/24. What is this ticket for??

Greetings, Shelly, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! You'll be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few days, and it sounds like you might have a sprinkling of unexpected pixie dust in your account. How fun would that be? Let's look at some ways to help you solve this mystery!

Since I can't see your account information, I first suggest calling the Existing Tickets line. They can confirm any valid tickets or entitlements you can use. Be sure to have the ticket information handy when you call and the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account. If you've already arrived for your trip, please stop by any Guest Relations location with the ticket for assistance. I'm wishing on a star that you get magical news!

I suspect you purchased an add-on to your theme park tickets. The Water Park and Sports Option and the Park Hopper Plus Option will give you admission to Walt Disney World's miniature golf courses. Perhaps you can play a round before that expiration date. FORE!

My family teed it up at Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf this week. It was more challenging than I thought it would be! We had a great time, and I can't wait to try the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf courses next time.

Shelly, I hope you get some answers to your mystery ticket soon. Have a magical visit, and stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
