Welcome to planDisney, Denise! It looks like you're already in the middle of the magic and I hope you are enjoying lots of delicious snacks and meals while using your
Disney dining plan! I love how the dining plans allow us to enjoy snacking and dining our way through vacation without worrying about a bill because it's all already been paid!
Denise, to check your dining plan credits, you will want to visit the "Hotel Reservation" tab in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. To find your hotel reservation, you can scroll down on your home page until you see your current resort listed and you should see a link that says "My Resort". If you click on this, it will take you to your reservation details page where you will see options including an option to "Check Dining Plan". Once you click on this, you will see details about how many meals and snacks remain on your dining plan!
Another way to navigate to this page is to click the three horizontal lines in the right-hand corner and then select "Hotel Reservations". This will bring you to the same reservation details page, where you can then select "Check Dining Plan" to check your remaining meals and snacks!
As a bonus tip, Denise, this is also where you'll find a helpful resort map and my favorite feature, "Bus Wait Times". This feature allows us to know when to expect the next bus to our theme park destination so we can time our departure seamlessly and spend less time waiting for a bus to arrive!
Denise, you can also find your remaining meal and snack balance on the bottom of any dining receipt, and you can also stop by the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel for this information - a Cast Member will be happy to access your account and let you know!
