    The app has changed a lot since my last visit. I think the countdown is a real miss. I’m finding it very difficult to navigate is there a tutorial I could watch ?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I think the My Disney Experience Mobile App is the most useful tool a Guest can have when visiting Walt Disney World Resort and I'm confident with a little refresher course you'll agree!

    You are absolutely correct that the My Disney Experience Mobile App has seen significant changes in the past year and while they may take a moment to become adjusted to, many will make your life much easier during your visit. The first major overhaul happened in March 2017 and this Disney Parks Blog post details all the changes in a quick video that will help you find your way around! The next big change came in July with the ability to complete Online Check-In direct from your mobile device. There was also a Disney Parks Blog video detailing how this can be done to streamline your arrival! The most recent change added the ability to complete mobile ordering from some of your favorite Walt Disney World Resort Quick Service locations. While there is not a video for this, there was a Disney Parks Blog post with detailed screenshots to show you how this can be done!
