Like you, I am an Annual Passholder and Disney Visa Cardholder, but unfortunately, I was told by a Cast Member that discounts are not being offered at this time. However, when you take into account the amount of time you'll save not waiting in lines, plus the fact that it includes a hearty breakfast, it's worth it for many guests, especially those who have their sights set on riding Slinky Dog Dash or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train multiple times!
