I am an AP and will be staying on property. If parks are not available to people with an AP but are available to ticketed customers and people staying on property, would I still be able to make a park reservation because I am staying on property? Thanks!!

Hi Carol and welcome back to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up so soon!  I'm sure you're in the final planning stages and getting all of your packing in order.  I am so excited for you to be visiting during my favorite time of year!  Being a Passholder gives us the flexibility to visit as often as possible so I can't wait to head to the parks this holiday season.

When making theme park reservations as a Walt Disney World Passholder, you have two options to select.  One is "Park Reservations for all Guests", which includes annual passes and the other is "Park Reservations for Annual Passholders Staying at a Disney Resort or Other Select Hotels".  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel or other eligible hotel, you will want to choose that option since it will open up different availability and it will also not take a theme park reservation away from your annual pass allotment.  Theme park reservations are subject to availability, but it looks like all four theme parks are currently available to Passholders starting on your arrival day and beyond.  If you know which park you would like to visit next week, I suggest making your reservations as soon as possible.  As we get closer to the holidays, the parks are more busy and could fill up.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
