    Before, or at any point during your trip, you can upgrade your park hopper ticket to an annual pass at any resort guest relations desk, any theme park ticket window, or any theme park guest relations office. Just bring your ticket with you and they will simply charge you the price difference between your park hopper and an annual pass.

    The Disney Dining Experience card is a dining discount program that is only available to annual pass holders and Florida residents. I give full explanations of the DDE HERE and HERE. The DDE can be purchased at the guest relations offices of the theme parks (but not at the resorts or regular ticket windows). I got my DDE card while I was renewing my annual pass at the Epcot guest relations office. If you were to upgrade your park hopper there, you could do both transactions at the same time.
