Does AOA offer Gluten Free food and if so can you tell me what it would have. Thank you

Hello, Veta!  You will find that Landscape of Flavors, the food court located at the Art of Animation resort, offers a great variety of gluten free dining options.  I think it's one of the best selections around, and if you are ever in doubt, you can ask to speak to a member of the culinary team.  They are so helpful in guiding you to appropriate choices.

Breakfast includes gluten free pancakes, waffles, and even French toast in addition to the omelets, fresh fruit, and gluten free baked goods from places like Babycakes.  At lunch and dinner, you'll find options like tandoori chicken or shrimp, Mongolian beef (without the sauce), and lentil crusted fish.  There are also gluten free sides like acorn squash, cauliflower and tomato, rice, and potatoes.

Gluten free pizza and pasta are also available.  You can also get gluten free bread for sandwiches.

The food court is divided into stations, and you'll typically find something at each station.  Again, a member of the culinary team can advise you when making your choices.  The menu does change, but I think the options are varied and delicious every time we've visited.

Here's hoping your upcoming trip to the Art of Animation resort is your most delicious one yet!
