    Is there anywhere other than the pro ticket office that I can go to verify FL residency. We are booked but I know my kids will freak out on the day if we are waiting in line to do this. Can it be done at Disney Springs? What are the hours they are open?

    Welcome to planDisney, Cheryl! Your summer visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner! 

    I totally hear you! I’m also a Florida Resident and my girls get so impatient when we’ve had to activate our tickets on a theme park day. The waiting in line is eternal for them! But they don’t mind waiting so much, when they’re in the queue for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at the Magic Kingdom Park. Go figure!

    If you haven’t purchased your theme park tickets yet, you can show Proof of Florida Residency online. It’s very easy! Just fill out the “Your Florida Resident Information” when you purchase your  tickets online, or complete the “Customize Your tickets” step when you purchase through the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. 

    The Disney Springs Guest Services location is also super convenient and a great place to activate your tickets. It is open daily from 10:00 AM- 9:00 PM. You can’t miss it, it's located in the Town Center area of the mall, near D-Luxe Burger. 

    Don’t forget to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations before your visit. It’s a step all guests need to take before they can visit any of the theme parks.
