    Does anywhere at Disney have a place similar to Build a Bear, except with Disney characters?

    How cool would that be, but unfortunately no experience like the one you describe exists at Walt Disney World. The closest thing would be at the T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney where they have Build-A-Dino station. I have in the past seen some versions of plush Disney characters that had a small selection of dress-up outfits that you could purchase for them, but there was no fill-the-character-with-fluff component.
