Is there anywhere other than disney or a disney store that i can add money onto my disney gift card? i have no disney stores in my area.

Hi, Lindsey, and welcome to planDisney! I'm a Kentucky gal myself, so I'm glad you're here. And I can't think of a happier card to have in my wallet than one with a Disney character smiling from it! Let's see what the latest news is as far as keeping your Disney Gift Card loaded with pixie dust!

According to shopDisney's website, you currently cannot load additional funds to an existing card online. The good news is, you don't have to go to a Disney retail store to reload it. You can add funds at any store that sells Disney Gift Cards. I've seen them at many of the large discount stores, and I've also seen them for purchase at grocery stores and large home improvement stores. I hope you can find a location near you, Lindsey!

In the meantime, if you'd like to check the balance on the card you have, you can do so on the Disney Gift Card website. You can also call the number on the back of the card for balance information. You might even ask the Cast Member you speak to if they know of any stores near you where you could reload it.

Finally, you can also purchase a new Disney Gift Card on shopDisney. You can have a digital gift card sent to an email address, or you can have a card shipped to you. You can load any amount on it from $25 to $500.

I hope I've given you some ideas on how to reload that card, Lindsey! I like to take those cards with me with preloaded amounts for my meals when I'm visiting Walt Disney World Resort. It's a fun way to budget for food!

Stop back by planDisney anytime! We're always happy to try to help.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
